Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom Updates

Adobe has released updates today for Photoshop, Lightroom, and the Camera Raw plugin.  I received notice of this when the Adobe auto updater was flashing on my computer.  The only problem was that the auto updater only showed updates for Photoshop and the Camera Raw plugin.  I learned about the Lightroom update when I went to Adobe.com to find the link for the update info.  Shame on you Adobe Updater for not updating my Lightroom 3 installation.

With this update, Photoshop is updated to version 12.0.2.  This update addresses some minor bugs and security issues.  Adobe Camera Raw has been updated to version 6.3.  This update adds RAW file support for  some new cameras including the Nikon D7000, Pentax K-r and K-5, Olympus E-5, and some others.  Lightroom has been updated to version 3.3.  This update of Lightroom addresses some minor issues and adds support for some additional cameras.

If your Adobe Auto Updater was a bad boy and didn’t update all your adobe software automatically, you can find the updates at Adobe.com by clicking on this link.  The updates are listed in the right side panel under “Product Updates”
